Not strictly /sci/ but need help from any physician bros (or.related fields) willing to answer. I got a mild case of what's likely insolation (jogged on the beach under a pretty punishing sun, used sunscream and covered myself with a headcloth that reached out to my lower back, probavly what prevented this from getting fucked) for the last 4 or 5 days. My temperature is around 37° and 38° Celsius, I'm kond of dizzy and slow-brained and I haven't taken any sort of meds, I've just rested and took 2~3 cold showers daily. Don't wanna take any meds cuz I don't trust bigpharma. Do I risk anything serious and how likely is it?
