I'd still do it, I have a cousin who did a masters in CS (might've even been something weaker like cybersecurity) at a #169 ranked school for CS, and he has a well paying job. Just having a masters in cs, regardless of uni, probably shows employers you're very intelligent. Also, if you did your math major at a good uni then catching up on the cs coursework (operating systems, algorithms, data structures) would be easy. Math classes such as real analysis and abstract algebra are more difficult than the cs courses I listed. I'd do it, assuming you're a smart math major and went to a decent uni. Also, which difficult math classes did you take?
