It's unlikely. There's nothing directly related to schizoid personality disorder that would prevent you from working.
In fact schizoids often go unrecognized for many, many years simply because they function perfectly fine and have no reason to ever seek treatment.

Because when things don't go right, they suffer from the fact that they don't have any close connections (i.e if they get sick, they're fucked). Schizoids may not feel they are physically sick even if they are due to emotional bluntness. Basically Schizoid suffers like a mental version of someone who can't feel physical pain(people touch hot objects, dont feel pain when bodies are cut/etc). People can take advantage of schizoid as they may not realize whats happening.

Do you ever second guess the effects on society of turning people into BLOBs? I mean the BLOB seems ok with it's new existence as a morbidly obese, emotionally inert lump of uselessness.
