The universe is not fine-tuned. You only see your own perspective. That's like me giving you an apple and then patting myself on the back, ohh boy ohh boy, if the universe hadn't been so finely tuned to make me give you an apple at that exact moment, what are the infinitesimally small odds of that happening, without that you would have starved. Because there is no way you could have eaten something else, now could you?
You don't know how the universe would be exactly with different natural constants. You also don't know why the constants are the way they are. So any claims beyond that has nothing to do with science.
