Need help to determine how much magnesium chloride there is one teaspoon

The only info my supplement says is that youre supposed to mix it whole (33g) with 1 liter of water. 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of this mixture water and magnesium cholride mixture equate to 177 mg of magnesium according to the same packet

Problem is, I dont have a good 1 liter container that fits inside my frigde, so how much magnesium 1 teaspoon of the solid in the packet would have?
