Psychopath is pretty shit unless they can get over the "I don't do shit I don't like which is nothing beyond instant gratification" shit. Advantages include reading people very well, being entirely freed from all emotional restrictions (except rage for some reason), and desire to actualize their god complex. Note: does not need external validation for god complex. Does not process anxiety, love, depression, withdrawals from addiction, guilt, shame, etc. Downside is the default mindset being crippling boredom and genuine "I don't care".
Mach is "selfish ass cunt: the "disorder"". Figures out how to achieve power, money, etc. but doesn't actually want the spotlight. Good at figuring out social hierarchies and how to use people above them as ladders. Will set up situations to sabotage people at equal or lower levels in hierarchies.
"Dark Triad" can be boiled down to "people and their emotions are merely tools to help me ["sate ego needs" for N, "sate material needs" for P, "sate power needs" for M]", a lack of fear that often leads to an opportunistic approach to interactions, and full blown character is much worse than merely adopting the traits itself.
