I just read the first chapter of my new physics textbook that talks about measurements and other basics I thought I knew. I couldn't solve any of the challenging problems at the end of the chapter. Is there any hope? How does one get good at physics?

SI units, conversions, density, time, mass. I know all of it but the problems at the end of the chapter are difficult regardless. One question asks me to find density of iron and then find the distance between the centers of two iron atoms from the density
