Question, lets say my hearing is going, supposedly little like hairs in your ear that capture the sound then sends it to the brain? I forgot honestly but it's something like that and supposedly you lose hearing due to those hairs degrading over time. I don't know much about the biology of things though I did amazing in it in high school, can you simply put some sort of stem cell gel where those hairs are so that it may get absorbed and since they are stem cells technically repair any damage thus improving your hearing? Or is it a lot more complicated than that? Thank you if you can provide me with an answer to my question, please let me know if i'm an idiot if that's apparent lol
