It seems like a watered-down version of Stein and Shakarchi volume 3. Terry is an excellent lecturer and has lots of good problems - but I wouldn't use his texts to learn from. I much prefer Stein and Shakarchi volume 3. I've also heard good things about Folland's real analysis
