Mostly the same as they are now, but I would throw a couple of random unpredictable things spontaneously materializing out of thin air just to confuse people. Traversible wormholes and closed timelike curves too.

I always hated quantum particles so I'd do without that. The building blocks would be stagnant particles as tiny as plank lengths, and would have varying degrees of magnetic polarity, but it's still all simply negative and positive.
Electrons would have mass too.
