How could one scientifically train/create the most mentally ill person in the world? The conditions being that they must not be intellectually disabled (IQ greater than 75), their condition must be more or less permanent (cannot just give somebody drugs and say they win), and they must not have an abnormal amount of physical ailments.
What parameters would an experiment such as this measure? How many are genetically capable of winning this prize? Who currently holds this title? Discuss.
