https://www.vocabulary.com/for the reading / reasoning it's a matter of reading accurately. out of the four choices there's usually two answers that both look like they could be correct, but one of them masks a subtle fallacy or a common but unwarranted assumption. it helps if you've studied philosophy, ethics, formal logic. you can try to learn the "tricks" from practice tests.
