If you slowly replace parts of your brain with cybernetic ones, what happens to your conscience/soul? Does it rebuild itself and acknowledge the new part as itself? What happens when you replace the last piece, are you still you?

There is no possible way of knowing
Consciousness (as in, the capacity to experience qualia) is completely incompatible with our scientific instruments and the scientific method as a whole
The only way to know if a system is conscious is to be that system and experience that consciousness
Only redditors, pseuds, and scientismic brainlets will tell you otherwise

Computers store data as 0s and 1s, the brain is not. How do you replace parts of it?
Do you go about this with sampling and quantization? The effectiveness of such a method should matter when answering your question

While I don't believe we'll ever establish a direct link consciousness with technology, it's absolutely possible (arguably inevitable) that we'll find a way to interface between human intelligence and technology
I mean smartphones are basically already doing this by using digital processing to create meaningful analog signals to the brain (via light and sound) and translating analog input (touch) into further digital processes
It's only a matter of time before we establish another way to transmit those signals without needing to go through the eyes and/or ears

I imagine the same thing that happens between when you are an infant and an adult.

yes, If you could replace every cell in your brain one at a time with a machine that performed the exact same functions, you would never even lose consciousness.

Probably yes. We know that people can recover lost functions (after brain damage, for example). Which means that you can learn to store information in other parts of the brain
If one would be able to completely map a brain, interface it with some kind of artificial brain-like material (synthetic neurons?), and then slowly migrate functions to the other side you could create an artificial brain

the Hebrew/(real) Christian way of thinking is more the way to go. You don’t have a soul, you ARE a soul. So if that affects the question in anyway, I’d take that into consideration. But I don’t think the “literal ghost in a shell” concept of a soul is true.

Idk dude I'm the only one that I'm sure who actually is conscious so the only way I'd be convinced is if I did to myself but even if I did I'd have no way to prove it to anyone else that it worked (assuming that they're actually conscious).
