Intersexuality has always been a study of individuals that present as neither completely one gender or another, and is in fact considered a medical disorder.
This idiot cannot simply state an actual medical fact, because his (I'm assuming someone named Eugene is male) of his inability to make his humanistic beliefs coexist with logical reality. He's aware that some people have been oppressed or treated with violence because of social issues surrounding gender, and he has adopted the non-solution from progressivism of trying to mask logical reality behind feelings.
Again, this is where the entire idea of "AIDS doesn't kill you" comes from - it's people who are trying to be nice to people, who are trying to reduce social stigma.
That's the ultimate failing of the course that progressivism has taken. It an attempt to lift up humanity, it has instead infantilized it. Instead of attempting to reduce the amount of hatred, oppression, and violence in the world, it simply seeks to make it all impotent. It has realized that such a solution will never create the world it wants - that banning and legislating and ousting and controlling all the ways in which we create hatred and violence can never create a peaceful world, because people will simply find another way to be hateful and violent. So, they have instead decided to try banning logical analysis and discussion, which they are realizing cannot work, either.
And that's why identity politics became a thing, because progressives and liberals finally realize the only thing you can ban that will stop the hatred and the violence are the people themselves.
