Well, Computer Programming really just the implementation of Computer Science*, which sometimes uses extremly complex concepts to achieve a rather simple goal (e.g. fucking HeapSort or Complexity). Computer Programming however is just writing these concepts down for a computer, that is in fact very dumb, to understand.

* = some consider even to be a part of math, but that's debatable because there’s no real definition of math.
