I've been suffering with horrible ibs I can't live like this anymore. I'm considering megadosing probiotics to cure me, can anyone help me with this? I'm desperate!

Water fast. Take NAC, sodium ascorbate with minerals. Fast for at least 7 days, look it up. Try marshmallow root and slippery elm. Check out triggers like gluten and so on. I know the unending misery. Good luck. Most importantly, don't expect any help from the medical establishment. Don't inherently trust the alternative sphere, but don't ignor eit either.

I have and they just tell me to eliminate trigger foods, the only thing which doesn't trigger my gut is plain bread. I don't want to mask my symptoms anymore I just want to get healed.
