Anyone here work in QA?
How can I make further inroads in this field. I currently manage a calibration lab in the USN, although its organizational level shipboard calibration, not instrumentation which is done higher up and I believe mostly by civilians.
Besides ASQ and A2LA training and certifications, is there no formal schooling I can go into? The only person I know who has a degree in metrology obtained it in Romania. Is the cookie cutter MechEng -> MS Engineering management really the only option?
