Frogs can have their intestines hanging out and still be fine and dandy, they won't even feel pain.
Some insects and small mammals and birds don't even perceive pain like us humans do.
Sadly spiders of all things feel pain.

Some animals can even commit suicide like you're taking a piss.

Why can't us humans feel no pain and control our organs properly like we control our dicks and tongues?
