Same constipation bro from the last thread here.

I started taking Desiccated Thyroid hormone 2 days ago and I shat 3 times yesterday and once today.
How the fuck can this be?

My bloodwork showed T3, T4, TSH levels were "in range".
Are there other factors that can cause hypothyroid?

My cold feet went away too.

This is by no means a cure, but it's definitely better and a start.

Hey fren! Very glad to hear you had some relief! Everybody is different so maybe the thyroid has something to do with slow metabolism and thus slow transient

Just curious, how did you get this idea? Also wouldn't thyroid issues be rather visible?

If I can have at least one BM a day, I'd say that's a success. But I need 2 a day to feel normal

I avoid hard to digest food, mainly cheese.

And when I wake up in the morning I drink about half a gallon of water relatively quickly, until I can't drink any more, and then I use a tobaccoless zyn nic pouch, start with 3mg. That cured my life-long constipation. I use 6mg now.
