im currently doing my thesis on molds and the only thing I hate about it is A. niger. They always infest my fucking lawn culture and it fucking annoys me. A. niger destroys my other important cultures because they eat up all of the nutrition provided by my potato dextrose agar. They always compete to outnumber my slow-growing Fusarium mold. I fucking hate A. niger
