Any math heavy degree (physics, math, stats, CS, EE) should give you enough fundamentals to be able to specialize in AI research afterwards.
>>11257151>>11257239If you have some basic knowledge in calculus, linear algebra, stats and programming you should be able to understand most concepts pretty fast. It's not that hard, especially as there's so much good learning material available for free online. Actually making meaningful contributions to the field is much harder though.
