Because if supersymmetry exists in nature, it is broken at macroscopic scales. This is consistent with the observation of a non-zero vacuum energy.

We don't know whether dark energy is vacuum energy density in the sense of being the lowest energy state of some quantum field theory. All we know is it is some energy density with at least approximately equal negative pressure

For a general SUSY model, I don't think so. The vacuum energy and the masses of particle are definitely related, but there are free parameters in the model that influence either of these things and could be large or small. I could be wrong though. I know only the basics of SUSY.
