Ive got a pretty bad cold and my nose is really stuffed. I just blew my nose really hard and my right ear popped and hurt briefly. Did i just break my ear?

no ringing, and i havent stood up out of bed yet so i dont know about balance. Its probably fine, but i still have a slight dull pain in my ear.

yes, but my ear popped once and then it popped again and it hurt the second time. I know im probably fine, but it still hurts so im not sure.
