europeans have been selecting intelligence for more than 2000 thousands years. Mesopotamia, indus river valley, greece and egypt are medium because of economical and historical reasons.
it seems that africa has a potential to fix this in very few generations but UN and humanist fags keep interfering with the natural process of selection (i.e. stopping wars and conflicts, aid, egalitarianism, etc)
