From everything we can tell from the miniscule amounts we have been able to study, it is exactly the same as normal matter, just with the subatomic particles having opposite charges. Then again, we have not been able to make any molecules of it other than Hydrogen, so there may be differences on a larger scale that we have not had an opportunity to discover.
