What are some methods to quickly learn a skill?

Say i want to learn piano or learn to draw but they would all take years (lets say 20 or so years) to master is there a way to cut that learning time in half so instead of taking 20yrs it only takes 10yrs?

Frequent but not excessive breaks so that your brain can integrate what you're learning into the subconscious properly. Making sure you get good sleep goes hand in hand for this as well.
Exercise for overall cognition and energy levels.
Motivation is also a major driving force for learning; if you can't get enough naturally, you can try stimulants but there's no such thing as a biochemical free lunch.

Practice the parts you can't do, not the ones you can. Most people just learn something and practice what they can do right about it- and get stuck the only way forward is learning what you can't do. Like when someone is only able to play a handful of songs on an instrument, you can be sure he hit this curb. he has mastered the songs, not the instrument.
