Essentially by splitting up. Santa is not just one person it is more like a Network of different People who behave mich like a collective.
Also a lot is automated these days. They have huge factories in space and strategically position all the presents together with delivery drones and people to supervise everything in orbit. This process goes on the entire year until it all drops down in specific positions all over the globe on Christmas Eve. They then quickly deliver the presents. With high tech locksmith and cloaking gear they manage to get the presents right under the Christmas tree where people then find them.

Every year is actually the same year in superposition, due to time being an illusion created by our limited senses.

So when we celebrate Christ's birth every ""'year""", it's because it is literally happening at the same time in 0AD

So Santa will only ever deliver the presents once, and as time is not linear, delivers all the presents at the same time, so no laws of physics are broken.

Even a fucking high school kid can answer this question. Santa collaborated with aliens and Germans during their visits to the North Pole back in WW2. His sled has technology that allows him to travels near the speed of light. Because of relativity all of those deliveries at the speed of light take a few minutes for the rest of us.
