>>11251413Well, you know that weird flowy stuff that comes out of faucets? We call that "water". If you warm "water" up, teeny little angels will come down and pull bits of it into the air to make "clouds" (those floofy things in the sky). If you shoot special beams of light at these "clouds", the reflections can tell you how many of the little water-angels they contain, which you can then turn into pretty colors over a map, just like what you have! Blue means there's enough angels to reflect the special light, but not too many beyond that, and red means there's lots and lots of angels - enough that they're probably bumping into each other and knocking each other out of the sky!
