>>11255115I mean you literally do have to go around being conscious of it 24/7. I totally get having to think of how i'm moving, looking speaking ect. Practice makes perfect but practice smart not hard. Try breaking it up, don't think about how you're moving or where you are looking for a while, act distracted and stare off into space, it'll help if you're outside. Try a pub with a beer garden. Bar's are great because most people are going there to drink, the conversation isn't that important. Just try focusing on how you speak.
You can learn these things in so many ways and I'd recommend using as many as possible, movies and old radio plays, read dialog heavy books, study the psychology of how people communicate, observe people in real life.
SUNGLASSES. Get some aviators or some other shades and people can't see your eyes, that solves that problem for now.
A low dose of psycedelics could help or just fuck you up some more. Trying drugs is what made me conscious of all this, Am I walking normally? Is my gate weird? Am I swinging my arms too much? Too little? WTF even is walking? Not sure if I would recommend it.
I find that walking with your dick works, Walk as if you're being pulled forward from your pelvis. I'm not sure if I explained that right but it works for me, a confidant stride that doesn't look tryhard, Lots of guys, especially fit guys swagger with their chest leading and it looks fucking retarded.
With eye contact look at the bridge of their nose not actually into their eyes, don't try and stop yourself blinking. Most people love talking and you can just smile and nod saying yeah every now and then. (You can look into peoples eyes sometimes but it's very intimate) You can stop looking at the bridge of their nose every now and then, every 10,30 seconds, every minute or two it doesn't matter but do it like a blink, by that I mean you can look slightly away, up,down to the side, at the TV,check your phone whatever
