So my end goal is a PhD in math. Say I can't find any work related to Math PhDs. What are my Job prospects with just a BSc in Math/Math major? Are they good, decent or bad?

That's true, I dunno, ask OP? I guess OP is just worried is he can't find a career in academia, which is semi-valid. Although, if you are talented enough, sometimes you'll get offers from the faculty you got your PhD from.

none. there is nothing useful outside of academia and doing math for your own enjoyment, it may have implements for theoretical physics or something of the sort, but it won't be anything practical, a PhD in mathematics is because you want to continue learning and get paid for it.
