If you actually made something like this though I coukd see you being killed over it in all honesty. I mean if it was powerful enough, persay, if it could generate the whole worlds power easily you could make weapons of arbitrary danger i imagine. Like lets say I have a device that kills people using power somehow? But, sadly, my amazing invention suffers from an exponentially high need of power at further ranges or whatever. An obscenely powerful electrical generator would fix that. Im not an expert about lasers or anything, but I imagine if you have practically infinite energy you could probably make a weapon that could destroy anything anywhere.
