Is entropy bullshit?

This is my understanding of entropy using oxygen particles as an example. You're impervious to aging, disease, hunger etc. But you still require oxygen to survive. You're sitting in a room with a constant supply of air - just as you are now - given enough time, say trillions of years, you'll suffocate to death because at some point the oxygen particles in the room will accumulate in such a way (say, in the corner of the room), that you will not be able to breathe. This seems utterly illogical to me. Or have I misunderstood the concept?
