Alright so its either mass, density, or rotation right?

So how the fuck do dust particles and gas coalesce into stars and planets? There is nothing there to bring it all together. No mass, rotation, or density.

I think this is bait, but it's possible your wording is just bad and really meant 'an insignificant amount of mass', rather than none at all.

In theory any matter with mass creates gravitational attraction. If the universe had no matter at all except for 2 hydrogen atoms that are billions of light-years away from each other, they would be pulled to each other and eventually fuse into a single H2 molecule probably. That's how I suppose it works.

There is mass and its existence in space causes density. At the beginning of the universe conditions were incredibly dense and highly ordered, but not perfectly ordered. Tiny fluctuations at that time would end up determining the shape of entire galactic filaments today. Had the universe started in perfect homogeneous order and quantum fluctuations not existed, there truly would be no seed to catalyze gravitational coalescence of stars and galaxies snd galaxy clusters. Those filaments were def dependent on starting conditions though.
