well first try to get some basic knowledge in calculus and trigonometry. also maybe some stochastics but idk. and then i suggest you by som physics Books and work through them. that usually worked fairly well for me when the lecture was really shitty. i don't know if you will miss stuff with this but i think you would get most of the stuff.
we had five different experimental physics lectures (Mechanics, electrodynamics, optics, quantum mechanics and particle physics) and 4 different theoretical physics lectures(Theoretical mechanics, theoretical electrodynamics, theoretical quantum mechanics and thermodynamics/statistical physics). we also had two linear algebra lectures and one analyssys lecture before that, so you might wanna look into that too. if you can manage to work through the experimental and theoretical stuff you already got a good chunk of it. after that, the only stuff we had were laboratory work, which you will have to learn on some point too and some stuff we could chose ourselves.
in my opinion you can't really work out that laboratory stuff without experiments and gear and such but hey you can at least do the other stuff
