Hey there /sci/ i would like to know if there is anyway to create legal highs, what would be the best place to start? would an expensive chemistry lab be needed? what are the risk?

If you mix bleach and acetone you can make chloroform, though I do not recommend inhaling this because it is a suspected carcinogen.

Eat a lot of really spicy food (alternatively practice some masochism).
Deprive yourself of sleep (probably my favourite high).
Oxygen deprivation through intensive cardio excercise (I recommend swimming).

You can huff a bottle of nutmeg which will get you high but supposedly it's pretty unpleasant.
