Mathematically it behaves sort of like a physical dimension in an equation sort of like the pythagorean theorem, but not exactly. In special relativity you have the 'spacetime interval' which remains invariant in all inertial reference frames, despite length contraction and time dilation, and it includes time in distance units by multiplying it by the speed of light. It is ds=d(ct)^2-dx^2-dy^2-dz^2. There is definitely some similarity to a physical dimension but it is not exactly the same.

Time is an expression of decreased spacetime density. We measure time as beginning during the big bang, and as the expansion of matter after. As we are most likely in a black hole of another universe (all realities' geneses being consistent with the behavior of a black hole compressing matter to the density required to achieve black hole criticality, and then the resulting spacetime being crammed into a tiny space, giving it room to suddenly expand into its own universe with matter and energy created in the hyperdense core of the black hole resulting in a new big bang for a new universe), time is really just a principle correlating to the expansion of spacetime, the amount of matter present, and the rate of travel through spacetime relative to other objects massive enough to create time dilation from their mass/density.

Time is one of the 11 dimensions, yes. It's one of the four spatiotemporal dimensions, but calling it the "fourth" is completely arbitrary because they don't have a sequential order.
Also, your pic suggests you're interested exclusively in spatial dimensions, so why are you asking about time? Why not energy or charge or any of the other five dimensions?

Sure, but there is an objective way to measure something like the passage of time by looking at the arrow of entropy. Entropy of the universe always increases, creating some basis for time.
