Am I a coward for dripping out of physics? I failed my E&M exam with an shamefully low grade despite doing relatively well on the midterms (where the averages were in the 50s) all semester and doing all the homework assignments. I ended up with a C+. I also dripped the course on relativity as I did not understand shit. I just wrote my calc 3 exam.
I never quit like this before but it just feels like bullshit to me. The professors seem to be more interested in showing how smart they are or how much of a hardass they can be (pulling dick moves like making the final extra extra hard) and I have been constantly reminded that if you don't go to grad school, your physics degree won't mean shit anyway.
I plan to get into computer science part time and see if Iike it because desu hard sciences are way too stressful and there is no reward in it (ie you just spend all your time doing problem sets).
