Let's say the father of a family has a very small peepee, and was afraid to pass this small peepee gene down to his sons.. Would it be possible for this man to gene splice his infant sons not to have small peepees? Like, retain all of the father's traits except not have his peepee, and instead use a surrogate male's peepee.
