I have been brushing my teeth three times a day for years, yet they are still kinda yellowish. How does one manage to have white teeth?
Does it require some kind of periodic procedure done by a dentist? Is it necessary to chew activated coal or something? Or maybe there are some specific yellowing foods that one should avoid?
So, can science answer this, or is it an open problem in dental science?
