Hey /sci/, I've always lurked here, and I'm a big fan of science, especially applied to practical problem solving. In order to date my buiderlust, I keep starting little "projects" where my goal is to make shit using as little modern help as possible. After a year of trial and error, I managed to breed yeast cultures for wine, and I successfully made a keg of the stuff out of wild berries (it wasnt half bad). Problem is, I'm now at a loss for what to do next. Any idea on what I should autistically devote myself to for the next 18 months? (Pic unrelated)
