im 24 years old, didnt finish any college and currently working as a programmer

i want to get into math, physics

where would you advise me to start if i have no prior knowledge of any math, physics?

Read a book called "secrets of pi"
It takes an hour to read. Fully explains the categories of maths and how they interact, it as the history and timeline of the mathematicians,
And it's interesting as fuck.
Definitely start there.
Explains how equations work.

You can literally use the internet and books to teach your self.

Start with calculus, linear algebra, then multivariable calculus and differential equations.
You'll need to know said subjects to comprehend more advanced physics.
