So I am aware it is impossible to reverse the entropy of the universe, however I do have a question.
Is it possible to INCREASE the entropy of a given volume of space to the maximum? Effectively can you create a vacuum that can completely remove all matter, energy, photons, and subatomic particles within a fixed area?

If this is theoretically possible, does that mean you effectively have an area that represents something that is not the universe? and by extension does this area not have our laws of physics within it.
