Does stool in the colon cause stool being processed in the small intestine to slow down?
I'm not talking about it not being able to physically push past, I mean does it send signals to the small intestine to slow down etc?

I'm so fucking constipated right now and I've tried everything.
I tried a milk and molasses enema and all it did was make me super bloated and fill my intestines up.

I think I have nerve damage or something causing my constipation because any time I eat vegetables or fiber, it makes me much more constipated and my body does not digest any of this stuff, I just find it undigested in my stool
Why whenever I try eating vegetables I get constipated for days and my bowels simply do not fucking move?

Low acetylcholine?
Vagus nerve problem?
