sure, but look at requisite courses for programs. usually enng requires more mathematically rigorous courses while biochem is much easier.

Let C = enrollment in Chem, E = enrollment in ChemEng, and
B = enrollment in BioChem ; after some Modular Algebra
the minimum solution is in pic related, where M = male, F = female, T = total
