Proportionately, if I took the coding for cat ears and spliced it to a human, removing human ears, the cat ears would be too small for the human skull.
Thus the DNA of a cat would have to be isolated, edited for size, then shaped to a human skull to metabolize.
Same with the tail.
The eyes could be minimalistically edited to include the "slit" abillity and night vision, seeing as they are about the same size as human eyes, but they too would have to be edited for size.
If the human genome could be transcribed to a library compiler,
then shown on a screen what exactly those effects would curtail over time,
then one could see exactly what would happen when said genetics are added once editing is finished.
All that would be left would be to take said coding, translate it BACK into genetic sequencing and "compiling" it into CRISPR for synthesis.
