>>11230759Obsessive compulsive people aren't organized. That's a common misconception. People with OCPD (a totally unrelated condition) are extremely orderly and neat. People with OCD on the other hand have irrational obsessive thoughts and compulsive rituals they perform to scratch those mental itches.
I have severe OCD for example (was diagnosed back when I was in uni and went to a regular doctor with a 40 page handwritten write-up of all the different "symptoms" I was noticing because I was imagining I had some sort of not yet diagnosed medical problem like multiple sclerosis or something) and I'm probably much sloppier and much more disorganized than most anyone else here.
