So all the people who take Organic Chemistry who are pre-med, dental, nursing, whatever say it's the hardest class of undergrad.
Is this because this is arguable the highest level chemistry course they need to take outside of introductory biochemistry, or does this hold true for chem/chemical engineering majors?
I aced my first semester of O-Chem and am wondering what the next big challenges will be. On the roster, there's analytical chemistry, intermediate inorganic chemistry, biochemistry, and chemical instrumentation, all of which have associated labs.
On the chem engineering side, I've got biomaterials, thermodynamics, mechanics of solids / fluid dynamics / statics coming up in the next year and a half or so, aside from science grunt classes like calculus III, differential EQ, physics 2, and an intro to CS class, if you want that much info.
