you can crack any test/exam and smart people will do just that regardless of how "hard" you try to make it
and even worse, rich people will pay smart people to teach them how to crack the exams, which is what is happening in every first world country where there are extremely hard exams for medical school
making things harder has resulted in my country (switzerland) that 70%+ are now women (who have rich parents that bought tutoring for them) because they can pass an IQ test like exam that you can crack if you put the effort into it and sit a team around it
while honest men (that refuse to seek help tutoring) or poor people can never ever enter med school on their own merit due to this
you just made sure that universities will become a club for rich faggots
