Second one, smiles do not match so the eye coloring gets added to both black, and inverted to both white
Third one, in order to get to the top one with a left black eye, you need to have a matching sad smile with a colored left eye that transfers its eye color to the top, i.e D. If you picked E, the colors would invert and you'd get a black right eye instead.
This is a very common theme in most IQ tests where they're trying to trick you into tunnel visioning row sequences instead of columns.
