Third one, in order to get to the top one with a left black eye, you need to have a matching sad smile with a colored left eye that transfers its eye color to the top, i.e D. If you picked E, the colors would invert and you'd get a black right eye instead.
This is a very common theme in most IQ tests where they're trying to trick you into tunnel visioning row sequences instead of columns.
