Many good software engineering (ie not frontend, actually engineering something with first principles, mathematical backing, etc) goes for good money but it’s closer to 120k in areas with high cost of living and 100k otherwise.
The only people guaranteed more than that out of undergrad are actuarial science people, whose certs can easily put them in the 150k range, but actuary work is morbid imo
